Terms of Service

The following terms of service may be changed without prior notice. Any changes to the terms of services are posted on the website of StatsRely.

We reserve the right to suspend services to you and remove your account data from the database at any time, for any reason and without prior notice. In particular, failure to observe the following terms of service will result in grounds for suspension or deletion of your account.

1. Prohibited Uses:

The service provided by StatsRely may only be used for lawful purposes.

Transmission, storage and presentation of any information, data or material in violation of the Country of the User, EU and international law are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, material protected by copyright, trade secret or other statue, unlicensed software and files, and material judged by us to be threatening or obscene.

The service of StatsRely is not available to:

• 1.1. Pornographic, adult content sites
• 1.2. Sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, hate groups
• 1.3. Sites delivering unsolicited email, spammers
• 1.4. Pirated software, Warez sites
• 1.5. Or any site we deem to be inappropriate.

2. Code Implementation

You agree to copy the StatsRely HTML code to your page without any changes. Neither the size nor the StatsRely button image can be changed.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

You agree to use the service of StatsRely at your own risk. Our service is provided on an �as is� and �as available� basis.

We disclaim warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of business profits or special damages, even in the event that we are notified of any such actions.

We do not guarantee the availability of the service. You agree not to hold us responsible for data loss or any kind of interruption of service.

4. Newsletter

By registering with StatsRely you authorize us to add you automatically to our announcement service sent to all members of the StatsRely service. You can opt to unsubscribe from receiving these announcements by sending an email to StatsRely and you would no longer receive the announcement newsletter.

5. Account information

You acknowledge and agree that information about your web site, e.g. the name of your web site, URL, or traffic statistics may be used by StatsRely, e.g. for a web directory of sites using our service, promotional services, etc.

6. Termination of this agreement

Upon termination of this agreement by us or by you for any reason, you agree to remove the StatsRely HTML code and logos from your web sites.
